Access Compliance Hub

Sign in to Compliance Hub, configure basic settings, and understand role-based permissions.
Before you begin:
  • You need a valid ONESOURCE account and Compliance Hub license.
  • Your tenant administrator need to associate your user with the tenant and assign a role.
  • Make sure single sign-on (SSO) is configured for your organization.
To sign in to Compliance Hub:
  1. Open the ONESOURCE Platform sign-in page and authenticate with your Thomson Reuters Account or your organization's SSO.
  2. From the platform tile menu, select
    Compliance Hub
    .
  3. If you don't see the tile, contact your tenant administrator to verify licensing and user assignment.
You're now in Compliance Hub and can access content based on your assigned role.
Roles and permissions
Your role determines what you can do in Compliance Hub:
  • Administrator:
    Manage users, roles, and access. Configure tenant-level settings.
  • Contributor:
    Create or update content notes, save views, and manage exports.
  • Reader:
    View pages and download content, and follow updates.

Initial set up checklist for administrators
  • Verify users and groups are assigned correctly.
  • Verify security policies (password, lockout) match corporate policy.
  • Turn on SSO and multi-factor authentication (MFA) as required.
  • If needed, restrict access with IP Authorization.
Troubleshooting
  • Tile missing:
    Verify licensing and user-to-tenant association.
  • Access denied:
    Check role assignment and group membership.
  • SSO issues:
    Verify the user exists in Compliance Hub and is mapped to the tenant.
