Fix access to ONESOURCE Compliance Hub

Follow these steps when you aren't able to access or open Compliance Hub.
  1. Confirm your tenant has Compliance Hub licensing enabled.
  2. Confirm your user account is associated with the correct tenant.
  3. If the Compliance Hub tile is missing, ask your tenant admin to verify your user assignment.
  4. If you receive the message
    Access denied
    , check your role assignment and group membership.
  5. Ask your tenant admin to confirm you have the required permissions.
  6. If you use SSO, confirm the user exists in Compliance Hub and is mapped to the tenant.
  7. Confirm your organization's SSO configuration is enabled and correct.
