Manage notifications

Receive alerts about regulatory changes and deadlines.
Compliance Hub offers 2 notification types:
  • Email alerts:
    Digest or immediate notices for subscribed topics, such as country or mandate type.
  • In-app notifications:
    Banners or toasts for new or changed items on pages you follow.
To set up a notification:
  1. Go to
    Notifications
    from your profile menu.
  2. Select topics (regions, countries, mandate types) and frequency (immediate, daily, weekly).
  3. Save preferences.
  4. If you are an administrator, ensure platform email is enabled and users have verified addresses.
Your notification preferences are saved and you will receive alerts based on your selections.
Notification queue (administrators)
  • Use the
    Notification Queue
    to monitor delivery status, failures, and retries.
  • Filter by date, topic, or recipient to audit messages sent.
tip
  • Opt for weekly digests for broad monitoring. Switch to immediate for critical countries.
  • Encourage teams to follow specific country pages to get in-app changes.
Troubleshooting
  • No emails received:
    Verify address, check spam, and verify platform email configuration.
  • Too many messages:
    Adjust frequency or narrow subscriptions.
