Roles define what users can view or manage in the ONESOURCE Compliance Hub. Your organization configures the specific roles.
Role examples
Role | Typical capabilities |

Admin | Manage users, roles, and access; configure tenant-level settings. |
Contributor | Create or update content notes, save views, and manage exports. |
Reader | View pages, download content, and follow updates. |
Admin initial setup checklist
- Verify users and groups are assigned correctly.
- Confirm security policies (password, lockout) match corporate policy.
- Turn on SSO and multi-factor authentication (MFA) as required.
- If needed, restrict access via IP authorization.
