Why doesn't the report show one of the consolidation members?
The
X with member details
report shows members only when all members in the consolidation share the same Federal Chart of Accounts assignment. Ensure the missing member has the same Chart of Accounts as the others.Why didn't the on-demand refresh update my Binder in the report?
You'll need to compute the binder to ensure Data Query recognizes it during the refresh.
Follow these steps:
- Open the binder.
- Compute TAS or the Organizer (depending on the report).
- Run the Data Refresh again.
Why does Data Refresh keep getting stuck?
Running multiple TAS sections at once will cause the refresh to get stuck. Important: Run only 1 section at a time and wait for completion before starting another section.
Why doesn't the Tax Return report reflect the new, copied, or deleted binder?
New, copied, and deleted binders require a 2-step refresh process. Run the Data Refresh for TAS to pick up the new binder. Run the Tax Return refresh to update the related Tax Return reports.
Why don't the binders show on the Foreign Corporation reports for 5471?
You'll need to set the
International Filing Type
to Foreign
for the binder to show on the Foreign Corporation reports.
