Data refresh

The Data Refresh screen is used to refresh data from ONESOURCE Income Tax. The refresh updates information in the Data Query Repository, including related saved reports in the
Shared Reports
 and
My Reports
 folders.

ONESOURCE Income Tax automatically refreshes data every night at 9 p.m. CST.

Manually refresh data

Users with
Admin
 rights on the
Data Refresh
 screen can do a manual refresh of their selected data. To ensure proper nightly refreshes, manual data refreshes are only available from 6am-9pm CST.

Reports run during a data refresh may contain incorrect data. Please wait until the data refresh completes before running your reports.

Available data to refresh

The
Available Data to Refresh
 section at the top of the page lists refresh options to update data for all tax years.
To manually refresh data follow the steps below:
  1. Select the radio button for the data you want to refresh, then select
    Submit
    .
    The
    Current Status
     and
    Submitted by
     fields will populate as soon as you select
    Submit
    . The
    Last success run
     field will refresh once the process is complete.
  2. Select
    X
     or
    Cancel
     to close the pop-up once you are done.
