Optional template fields

These are optional template fields available to ONESOURCE DataFlow.
  • Due Date
     – This designates a global due date for all requests created with the template.
  • Available for New requests
     – This specifies whether the template should be made available to create new ONESOURCE DataFlow requests.
  • Available for web requests
     – This specifies whether the template should be made available to create a new web ONESOURCE DataFlow Request.
    • This template doesn't use a DataFlow-enabled workbook. Select this checkbox to use ONESOURCE DataFlow without a Data Collection template. The uploaded file is shown to the user, but no data is collected.
  • Description
     – a free text field to give a description of the template.
  • Email notifications
     – grants the notification template to be specified for each of the following:
    • Initial
       – when the request is assigned.
    • Reminder
       – when reminders are sent automatically or unplanned. Specify the cadence for automated reminders.
    • Completion
       – when the request is placed into the completed Status. Specify the group of users to notify when the status reaches complete.
