System requirements

The following requirements are for the next generation of DataFlow only. Refer to Platform system requirements for additional guidelines for other applications.

For browser-based requests responses:
  • The browser must support HTML5
  • iOS and iPadOS may also perform adequately, however, they are not fully tested or guaranteed

Excel 2019, Excel 2021, Office 365 and newer (32-bit and 64-bit).
  • XLSX and XLSM formats are supported
  • Functions (such as UNIQUE and FILTER) added to Microsoft Excel after January 2020 are not supported in back-end processes. These functions will work within Requests opened in Excel
  • Limited Support: DataFlow requests may be functional on versions of Microsoft Excel prior to Excel 2019. DataFlow is no longer tested with versions before Excel 2019
