Release notes highlight new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE DataFlow.

What's New

  • Admin access permissions:
    • For Client Manager enabled instances, the
      Access Permissions
       screen now has checkboxes for
      Classic Request
      ,
      Global Documents
      , and
      Dashboard
      . This lets administrators manage a user's view for these options.
    • Classic Request
       and
      Global Documents
       will remain pre-selected and display as before. The
      Dashboard
       option will be hidden. Admins will need to modify a user's Access Permissions for it to display in their view.
  • Dashboard:
    • On the
      Dashboard
       screen for Client Manager enabled instances, when you select
      Export
      , you'll receive an email with a CSV file attached where you'll be prompted to save the file.
  • ONESOURCE DataFlow Classic:
    • ONESOURCE Income Tax Maps have been updated for ONESOURCE DataFlow Classic.

Closed issues

  • ONESOURCE DataFlow Request Loader Data:
    • DataFlow Request Loader is now preventing reuse. When a Request is opened and closed, you'll need to download the file again from ONESOURCE DataFlow to check out the Request and prevent data loss.
  • ONESOURCE DataFlow add-in:
    • Fixed an issue where the Designer section in ONESOURCE DataFlow Add-in was being displayed when unchecked during installation.
  • Client Name:
    • Fixed an issue where Client Name updates are now working for requests, documents, and extractions where Client Manager is enabled.
