Release notes highlight new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE DataFlow.
What's New
- Data Hub integration (aggregations):DataFlow has improved its integration with Data Hub. You can now select existing aggregations when designing a Blueprint in a template. Additionally, you will notice a+option in the Blueprint search, letting you expand and view all existing aggregations.
- DataFlow onboarding to EventsDataFlow now publishes Request status updates to Events. You can enable this new feature at the Status Template level by markingPublish Status Change to Events.To read status updates from Events, you must have a webhook set up on the client side. The status update payload includes the request ID, previous status, new status, modification date stamp, and the user who performed the change.
- Web DataFlowThis new feature lets you display, work on, and save a DataFlow Request through a web browser, eliminating the need for you to install MS Office. This functionality is enabled through CMS and works at the template level, enabling it for all requests created with the template.You can perform the following actions:
- Save changes:
- Save data and continue
- Save data and close
- Ignore changes
- Export XLXS and PDF files.
- Print workbook and active sheet.
- Clear workbook and active sheet. This action will clear all inputs cells in the Request.
- Add Rows.
- Fit Text.
- Refresh Data Hub data. This functionality is still in testing. If you'd like to be a beta tester for Web DataFlow, contact your CSM.
Closed issues
- API V2 Patch Request is now clearing properties (codes, jurisdiction, assigned to, and due date) when sent blank.
