Entities

ONESOURCE DataFlow pulls your Entities data from ONESOURCE Administration on the Entities screen.

To transfer your entities into DataFlow, export your current entities list from DataFlow Classic.

Ensure each entity is associated with DataFlow as an application in the new DataFlow.

Ensure each entity has a unique code. You might need to edit your exported list to make sure all codes are unique.

Refer to Administration Help and Support for details on how to export entities.

After you've exported your entities from DataFlow Classic, you'll now import them into DataFlow.

Import the entity with the oldest name and effective date. This applies if multiple entities share the same code but have changed names over time.

Then, you can create linked entities with the same code but with different names.
