Transition from ONESOURCE DataFlow classic to the new DataFlow

This information helps you move certain items from DataFlow Classic to the new ONESOURCE DataFlow, where you now manage User Administration permissions.
Prepare to move the following items:
  1. Users
    : Move all user accounts and permissions.
  2. Entities
    : Transfer all the data records and types you have set up.
  3. Email templates
    : Update and transfer your email communication formats.
  4. Status templates
    : Move your process or project status formats.
  5. List management
    : Move any managed lists or collections of data you have.
  6. Converted templates
    : Convert and transfer any specialized formats or layouts you use.
  7. Documents (as needed)
    : Move over any necessary documents.

    The effort needed to switch to the new DataFlow depends on the complexity and how you're using DataFlow Classic.
