Assign permissions for using Estimated Payments

Administrators can create Estimated Payment users in ONESOURCE Platform in the Administration tile where they can assign access to ONESOURCE Income Tax and ONESOURCE Estimated Payments.

Type of user

  • Estimated Payments Administrator
     - Inherits user permissions, full access to the Setup menu to manage configuration data, can assign permissions to other users.
  • Estimated Payments User
     - Access to Estimated Payments system, can view the Setup menu, access to data entry, data review, data source analysis, voucher print, and other views.

Assign Estimated Payment permissions for ONESOURCE Income Tax

  1. In ONESOURCE Platform, go to the
    Administration
     tile.
  2. Select the user to assign permissions to and select
    Edit
    .
  3. Select
    User Permissions
    , and then
    Estimated Payments
    .
  4. Select the permissions that apply to this user: administrator or user.
  5. Select
    Save
    .
note
Estimated Payment users have access to all workareas and binders without regard to their individual or group Income Tax user permissions.
