Download Excel add-in

If we've released a new version of the Excel Add-In and you have a prior version installed on your computer, you need to uninstall the prior version. Follow the steps below to access, download, and install the current version of the Excel Add-In to have the latest changes on your workstation.
  1. Access to the Excel Add-In data import feature is located within RS Browser. Select
    Returns Processing
     in the top menu.
  2. Select
    Import/Export
    , then
    Excel Add-In
    .
  3. On the Excel Add-In Downloads screen, select the
    Download Zip
     button for either the 32-bit or the 64-bit file, based on your computer configuration.
  4. A dialog box at the bottom of the screen asks
    What do you want to do with exceladdinsetup_X64.zip?
     Select
    Open
    ,
    Save
    , or
    Save As
    . Browse to the file location and save the zip file.
