Set up entity rollup

  1. Create an entity rollup.
    • Name your entity rollup:
       For example, "Legal Entity."
    • Select a year for the rollup:
       Choose the relevant year.
    • Choose a parent entity:
       Select the parent entity.
    • Select child entities:
       Include child entities under the parent entity.
  2. Entity rollups allow you to group related entities together. Data from child entities will roll up into the parent entity.
  3. You can split entity ownership across multiple parents by specifying percentage ownership for each. This allows for partial ownership representation.
  4. Make the entity list available for use in General Ledger Manager.
  5. Expand the tile to view multiple areas within the module.
  6. Choose between standard fields (account number, entity number, ending balance) or tax provision format (includes flex fields).
