Convert reporting units

  1. Go to
    Setup
    , then
    Reporting Unit
     in General Ledger Manager Classic.
  2. Export the data to an
    .xlsx
     file.
  3. Save it as a
    CSV
     file.
  4. Go to
    Administration
    ,
    Company Info
    , then
    Entities
    .
    note
    Ensure that any Entities from other ONESOURCE products are migratedfirst to
    Administration
    ,
    Company Info
    , then
    Entities
    .
  5. Select
    Import
    .
  6. Use the wizard to upload the CSV file.
  7. Map fields:
    • RUCode
       to
      Code
    • RUName
       to
      Name
  8. Change the
    Start Row
     to 2.
  9. Follow the wizard steps to complete the import.
  10. Verify the imported data.
