Source data
GLM (General Ledger Manager) gets trial balance data from various sources, including:
- APIs
- File uploads
- Inbound closed loops
Consolidated data availability
Consolidated data is available via OData APIs for integration with other systems. Use REST APIs and OData APIs for machine-to-machine data movement and automation. You can access these capabilities through tools like:
- Postman
- Python
- Excel
- Power BI
- Tableau
ONESOURCE products widely support these APIs, and documentation is available in the TR Developer Portal.
Staging area
Data is logically combined, filtered, and stored in the staging area. This data is then tax-sensitized for further use in tax applications.
Integration with other ONESOURCE products
General Ledger Manager currently integrates with:
- ONESOURCE Administration for Entities and Accounts
- ONESOURCE Income Tax
- ONESOURCE Tax Provision
- ONESOURCE DataFlow templates
- Workpaper (via OData)
