Publish the Master Trial Balance

Publish the Master Trial Balance to make it read-only and available for use in other applications.
Mark which applications you want to work with (for example ONESOURCE Tax Provision, ONESOURCE Income Tax Express RS, or ONESOURCE DataFlow). Then turn on access to the consolidated data via OData APIs for external reporting and planning.
  1. Mark which applications will use the Master Trial Balance data.
  2. Identify which applications will use the Master Trial Balance data.
  3. If required, turn on OData API access for external reporting and planning.
  4. Make sure the consolidated amounts are available for relevant products.
  5. Publish the Master Trial Balance to make it read-only and available for use in other applications.
  6. Specify which applications will use the consolidated data. This helps filter and use the data effectively.
  7. Turn on access to the consolidated data via OData APIs for external reporting and planning.
