Retrieve the Master Trial Balance into ONESOURCE Income Tax

To successfully retrieve the Master Trial Balance into ONESOURCE Income Tax, you'll need to set up the
Entity Rollup
 and apply it into the Master Trial Balance.
  1. In ONESOURCE Administration, go to
    Entities
     and set up the
    Entity Rollup
    .
  2. In ONESOURCE General Ledger Manager, create the Master Trial Balance. Make sure you select the
    Entity Rollup
     you just created in ONESOURCE Administration.
  3. In ONESOURCE Income Tax, retrieve the Master Trial Balance you created in ONESOURCE General Ledger Manager. Make sure that the Master Trial Balance name is selected under the
    Aggregation Logic
     dropdown.

    We recommend you select the
    Aggregation Logic
     first, then mark the box for the Master Trial Balance next.
