Entry Replies

There are multiple ways to open and review entry replies. On the
Entry Summary
 screen, you can click “Replies” and go directly to replies, or click
Detail
 and then open the
Entry Replies
 tab.
To get replies from CBP, you must transmit from the
Transmit
,
Transmit Census Warning Override
, or
Transmit Cargo Release
 link.
The
Entry Replies
 tab is where all the responses from CBP on the ACE entry are stored. This tab has multiple sub-tabs, described in the sections below:

Overview

The
Overview
 sub-tab displays the latest CBP responses without details on the reply. For more details on the response, refer to one of the other tabs.

Release Replies

The
Release Replies
 sub-tab displays responses on the CF3461 entry.
To view more information about a reply, click the arrow to the left of the entry in the grid.
The Message ID Code definitions can be found on the CBP website under the
ACE CATAIR Error Message
 section.
The
Release Replies
 tab shows several different types of reply messages associated to the Cargo Release. Each of these types has a separate sub-tab, described below.
Cargo Release Replies (SX)
General Cargo Release Replies can be found on this tab.
Entry Status Notifications (SO)
The
Entry Status Notifications (SO)
 sub-tab logs status notification messages generated in response to ACE Cargo Release (SE) cargo release processing. This is the tab you will access to find the
ONEUSG
 message for an entry.
A
ONEUSG
 message indicates that:
• The merchandise has arrived.
• All required entry data has been submitted to the US Government.
• All Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) regulating the merchandise have authorized the merchandise to proceed.
• CBP has conditionally released the merchandise from their custody.
PGA Status Notifications (SO)
The
PGA Status Notifications (SO)
 sub-tab logs status notification messages for the PGA Message set from the Participating Government Agencies (PGAs). All PGA messages (
Under Review
 or
May Proceed
) can be found under this sub-tab.

Summary Replies

The
Summary Replies
 sub-tab displays the responses on the CF7501 entry.
To view more information on the reply, click the arrow to the left. The Record Level, Message ID Code, Message, Reference Data and more detailed information from CBP (if provided) will appear here. The message code definitions can be found on the CBP website under the ACE CATAIR Error Message section.

DIS Replies

The
DIS Replies
 sub-tab displays responses from any documents submitted throught the DIS submission screen.
To view more information about a reply, select an entry from the grid and click its corresponding arrow on the far left. The message code definitions can be found on the CBP website under the
ACE CATAIR Error Message
 section.
