Main Menu Navigation
Once logged in, there are five main modules on menu, Global Classification, Import, Export, Content, and Maintenance.
Under each, there is a list of available options of functionality pages. To choose a menu item, place the cursor over an option and click.
The following screens are available from the Classification menu. An overview of each screen is provided in the below sections:

Product Lookup | Provides a way to query high-level overview of information or more specific/targeted records within Global Classification. |
Classification Search | Provides a tool for you to create customized reports within Global Classification. |
Edit Classification | Page to maintain detailed product information. |
SDE Maintenance | Page to maintain detailed China Standard Declarable Elements (SDE) information. |
Classification Update | Provides a tool to mass update product information. |
Audit Log | Provides a tool to query all manual actions taken on specific/targeted product records. |
Tariff Changes Manager | Provides a tool to manage yearly (or mid-year) changes to the tariff schedule. |
Tariff Changes Product Update | Provides a tool to apply HS code changes to product records with expiring HS codes. |

Import
menu. An overview of each screen is provided in the below sections:

Import ScoreCard | ScoreCards are comprised of graphs, charts, and tables that provide a “report card” of certain business processes and/or data maintained within ONESOURCE software. The Import ScoreCard shows a series of import KPIs. |
Import Lookup | Provides a way to query high-level overview of information or more specific/targeted records within Import Management. |
Import Invoice Separation | Provides a way for you to do invoice separation or delete separated child invoices. |
Import Invoice Management | Provides a tool for you to generate, review, validate, and process invoices within Import Management. |
Import Parent Split Invoice Management | Provides a way for you to view the separated child invoice related to their parent invoice. |
Import Template Management | Provides a way for you to create and organize invoice and shipment templates to be used within Import Management. |
Import Email Template Management | Provides a way for you to create and organize e-mail templates to be used within Import Management. |
Broker Milestone Spreadsheet Upload | Provides a way for you to mass-update Broker Milestone data through Microsoft Excel. |
