TimeStamp
The ONESOURCE: Global Trade system allows users to record the timestamp of goods movement and Customs declaration status. Example timestamps include (but are not limited to):
- Customs Clearance Started (CCS)
- Customs Declaration Released
- Goods Received
- Payment Finished
- Documents Filed Dates
This information can be found on the “Timestamp” tab of the Import/Export Management screen when an invoice/shipment is selected.
The system prepopulates a blank record for each TimeStamp. In order for a shipment to process, the user will have to either manually enter the dates through the “TimeStamp” tab or use the Spreadsheet Upload feature to mass update different TimeStamps per shipment.
