: Access your chat history from the side menu, pick up where you left off, or start a new chat. Each session is automatically named for easy reference, and you can export or rename your transcripts anytime.

How to use CoCounsel
Click the
sparkle icon
at the top of your ONESOURCE™ Global Trade screen to open the chat.
Under “Select Skill”, choose
Product Support
, or leave it blank — it will be applied automatically when you send your message.
Type your question and select

.

Tips for getting the most out of CoCounsel
To maximize the benefits of CoCounsel, it’s important to keep some good practices in mind.
Be direct and concise
: Objective questions yield objective answers.
Add essential details
: Mention product names, modules, or specific screen references for surgical accuracy.
One topic per question
: Focus on a single subject at a time for unparalleled precision.
Get straight to the point
: Avoid additional information that doesn't contribute to the question.

Create tickets directly from the chat

When you select thumbs up or down, an optional comment box will be displayed. Leave a comment especially if:
