Filter/Group by Additional Options

Once a search is defined through the
Tariff Analyzer
 screen, there are a couple of options available to make the information more user-friendly.
To alter previously made selection criteria, return to the search fields section.
To remove a country, click
X
 to the left of a Country Name.
To add a country, enter another Country Name or ISO Country Code in
Select Destination Country
 or
Select Origin Country
.
To alter the HS Number selection, use the
Selected HS Number
 field to add, delete, or select a new HS Number.
To re-perform the search, click
Search
 in the top right corner.

Group Result By

To alter the grid layout, adjust the
Group Result By
 option below the search fields. The default
Group By
 is
Country of Origin
. However,
HS Number
 and
None
 (no grouping) options are also available.

Grouping by HS Number displays each country’s available trade programs on different rows, which makes for a longer grid format. However, it does allow for a user to view the trade program name associated with the rate without having to click on
Duty Detail
.

 breaks down information even further, showing rates in separate rows.

Rates, Description, and Validation Detail

You also have the ability to view other duty rates (e.g. anti-dumping duty or countervailing duty), through the
Tariff Analyzer
 screen. The default is not to display other duty rates besides main/general or preferential.
To view other duty rates, check the box next to
Show Other/AntiDumping Rates
.
The case number and the entity to which this duty rate is applied are displayed next to the anti-dumping rate within the search results table.
