How to View a Saved Tariff Analyzer Search

Previously-saved performed searches and shared searches can be retrieved in two ways: via the
Saved Searches
drop-down or via the
Manage Searches
screen.

Retrieving Search: Saved Searches

The
Saved Searches
drop-down appears above the selection fields for
Destination Country, Origin Country, and HS Number
on the
Tariff Analyzer
screen.
If clicked, this drop-down will display any saved/shared searches where you have access. This drop-down also provides the name of the saved search and the last time the search was performed. If it is a partner level search, the author’s username will appear.

Retrieving Search: Manage Searches

The
Manage Searches
option is located at the top of the
Tariff Analyzer
screen and to the right of the search fields section.
Clicking
Managed Searches
opens the
Search History
Detail pop-up, which displays the user’s saved and unsaved searches, as well as searches saved by other users on the same partner.
This screen displays the following columns for each of the 3 grids:
Columns
Description
Search Name
User-given name for the saved search.
Destinations
Destination countries selected for the saved search.
Origins
Origin countries selected for the saved search.
HS Numbers
HS Numbers selected for the saved search.
Created Date
Date the search was originally created.
Last Searched Date
Last date the search was performed.
Shared
Indicates if the search is shared for everyone across the partner.
Once a search is chosen, click
View
to the left of the search. This will perform the search on the
Tariff Analyzer
screen, displaying the grid comparing the duty rates. This search is effective as of the current date, not the date the search was previously run.
Deleting a Selected Search
To delete a search, choose a search to delete and click the
X
to the far left. This will remove the search from the user’s access and (if the search is shared) from anyone else with access to the partner. If the
X
does not appear, it means the search was saved by another user and the current user does not have access to delete the search.
