ADD and CVD Search
The
Anti-Dumping Search
screen provides single point access to anti-dumping duties associated with specific combinations of destination and origin countries. This screen can be a standalone search tool, if you are not subscribed to Global Tariffs Content.This screen can be opened by choosing
ADD/CVD Search
from the Content
menu.
You can use the search engine to view the anti-dumping duties by destination and origin country. The
Enter/Select HS Number
or Description
or Reference Code
field must be filled in to proceed with the search.



Once search parameters are selected, the screen displays a table with the search results. This table can be sorted, as described in previous sections of this User Guide.
The screen defaults to showing 10 results per page, but the number of results being displayed can be changed by using the
Page size
drop-down.important
Information displayed on this detail screen comes directly from government sources.

The screen displays the following detail information:
Columns | Description |

Number | HS Number associated with anti-dumping duty at the length published by the government source. |
Origin | Country of Origin. |
Destination | Country of Destination. |
Rate | Rate of the anti-dumping duty. |
Duty Type | Type of duty (anti-dumping or countervailing) |
Restricted Code | Restricted code (if applicable) |
Additional Code | Any additional codes associated with the anti-dumping duty. |
Company Name | Name of the company subject to the anti-dumping duty. |
Restriction | Scope of items affected by the anti-dumping duty. |
Effective Date | Effective date of anti-dumping duty. |
Expiration Date | Expiration date of anti-dumping duty, if specified by government source. |
Excluded Country | Countries excluded from anti-dumping duty. |
If you select different criteria for the search specifying a different Country of Origin, Country of Destination, or HS Number, the new search results will appear in a new tab, so you can go between the current and previous searches.
