Header
 tab contains base information related to a fully qualified HS Number and contains the following columns listed below:

Description
Effective Date
The effective date of the HS Number.
Expiration Date
The expiration date of the HS Number (if applicable). If no expiration date is available, None will display.
Unit(s) of Measure
Any unit(s) of measure (UOM) associated with an HS Number. There can be more than one UOM. Some are based on a reporting code. Example: US HTS may include a reporting UOM CKG, which you would need to look up in a tariff schedule to determine its meaning.
Associated ECN/ECN Number(s) filed with AES
If a government published ECN-to-HS correlations and information has been loaded into Global Trade Content, the following information will appear:
  1. The name of the regulatory list
  2. The country that published the regulatory list
  3. Any ECN(s) correlated to the selected HS Number
