WCO Explanatory Notes

WCO Explanatory Notes
 tab displays the WCO Explanatory Notes: official guidelines issued by the World Customs Organization (WCO) for the use of the trade community and are essential to the correct classification of goods.
The notes’ text covers the General Rules of Interpretation, Section Notes, Chapter, and Subheading. This data is also available via the
