Quota Volume

Quota volumes are restrictions on the quantity of goods that can be imported or exported during a particular period. This information is displayed in two different locations within the Global Tariffs screen, depending on how quota volume data is imposed by the specific country.
a.
Duty
 section: Here, the quota volume is linked to a specific charge or duty.
Example: "The tariff quota for importing raw tobacco into Vietnam under the Vietnam - Eurasian Economic Union Free Trade Agreement (VNEAEUFTA) is 500 tons."
The quota details can be accessed via the duty rate hyperlink and then selecting the “Quota” tab shown in the following screen.
b. Related Details section: The quota volume is provided independently of any specific charge, i.e. without any direct link to a particular charge.
Example: "The tariff quota for importing raw tobacco into Vietnam for year 2024 is 71,835 tons."
