Global Trade Content Team initiates the process by monitoring and identifying new or revised regulations published by authoritative government sources across jurisdictions. Researchers leverage a comprehensive multi-channel approach:

  • Email inquiries to government agencies
  • Voice communication channels
  • Access to physical documentation when required

Team works to process update as soon as published by government:
  1. The team extracts the relevant regulatory data from a variety of sources including websites, online databases, PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets etc..
  2. The team prepares for ingestion, the raw material undergoes meticulous analysis to determine the optimal structure and format for presentation in TR's Global Trade Content systems.
  3. Once properly structured, the data is uploaded into TR's proprietary databases through an automated process.
