Command Prompts

At the top of the screen are three command prompts: Submit, Clear, Generate, and Exit.

Submit

Clicking
Submit
 will trigger the system to process the results based off the session’s answers. This button will only become available after the questionnaire has been completed.
Clicking
Submit
 will open the
Confirm
 pop-up, which requests confirmation that the answered questionnaire is ready to be submitted and processed.
To submit the answered questionnaire, click
OK
.
To drop changes and return to the questionnaire screen, click
Cancel
 or
X
.
If
OK
 is clicked, the results of the questionnaire session will be pushed through the client-defined post-submission logic. The record will update as the Decision Tree referenced.
Typically, a Decision Tree will apply to the record that was selected when entering into the Decision Tree Questionnaire, but users may have specific logic that dictates what other records in the Decision Tree the results will be applied to.
Once the questionnaire has successfully been submitted, the following validation message will appear on the screen:

Clear

Clicking
Clear
 will erase all answers chosen for the session and return you to the first question in the questionnaire. Depending on how Decision Tree was configured, this button may be visible or hidden.
Clicking
Clear
 will open a confirmation pop-up.
To clear all answers, click
OK
.
To drop changes and return to the questionnaire screen, click
Cancel
 or
X
.

Generate

Clicking
Generate
 will generate a series of configured reports. These reports can be used to provide:
  1. Audit documentation for what was passed into the questionnaire
  2. A list of submitted answers
  3. The resulting questionnaire output
Depending on how the system was configured, this button may be visible or hidden. If the
Generate
 button is not visible, the system can be configured to automatically generate documents and associate these documents to relevant information.
Generate
 will only become an active (blue) link after the questionnaire is complete.

Exit

Clicking
Exit
 will redirect the user to the ONESOURCE home screen. If the client’s configuration is set to allow
In Progress
 sessions to be saved, clicking
Exit
 will save the progress for the session.
