Decision Tree

The
Decision Tree
 screen displays data or scenarios as needed by the client. Scenarios are identified within the supporting module that the Decision Tree is used to perform an action on. For configurations that allow
In Progress
 sessions to be saved, there will be a
Lookup
 dock to allow you to continue a session. An example of this would be
Classification Lookup
.
If a
Decision Tree
 menu was configured for you, this screen can be opened by choosing
Classification Lookup
 from the
Decision Tree
 menu.
The
Decision Tree Start
 screen displays products without a listed record in a grid.
To open the questionnaire and apply a classification to a product record:
  1. Choose a product from the grid.
  2. Click the hyperlink on the far left. The hyperlink text is configurable and may vary between your screen and the screenshots provided in this help documentation.
Clicking the hyperlink will begin the automated questionnaire process and open the
Decision Tree Questionnaire
 screen for the specified tree/questionnaire. The hyperlink text is configurable by client and application.
On the Decision Tree Questionnaire screen, you will submit answers and move along the predefined tree based on the tree’s structure.
