Modifying a Record in Decision Tree

If an existing record needs to be modified:
  1. Return to the Decision Tree main page.
  2. On the main page, click on the
    Decision Tree Edit
     tab.
In the
Decision Tree Edit
 dock:
  1. Choose a record from the grid.
  2. Click the record’s corresponding hyperlink on the far left. The hyperlink text is configurable.
Clicking the hyperlink will reopen the
Decision Tree Questionnaire
 screen for the specified tree/questionnaire. On the Decision Tree Questionnaire screen, you will update answers and move along the predefined tree based on the tree’s structure.
