Email notifications tab in Multi-Level Approvals (MLA)

Selecting Email notifications opens a grid where you can view and manage email notification preferences for MLA users. This tab is accessible to both MLA admins and MLA users; however, the information displayed differs depending on your role:
  • MLA Admins can view and manage email notification preferences for all users within the partner.
  • MLA Users can only view and manage their own email notification preferences.
The grid appears as follows:
Column
Description
Enabled
Indicates whether the notification is currently active for the user. Toggle this option on or off to enable or disable a specific notification.
Notification name
The name that identifies the type of email notification.
Notification description
A brief explanation of when the notification is sent.
User name
The unique identifier or name of the user associated with the notification preference.
Role
The specific role assigned to the user.
Email
The email address that will receive the notification.
Manage email notification preferences in Multi-Level Approvals (MLA)
You can enable or disable email notifications directly from the Email notifications tab. Opting out of email notifications does not affect your ability to view, act on, or approve MLA requests.
  1. Go to the
    Email notifications
    tab in Multi-Level Approvals Management.
  2. Locate the notification you want to update.
  3. In the
    Enabled
column, toggle the setting to enable or disable the notification for that user. Your preferences are saved automatically.
A user who has a notification disabled will no longer receive that specific email alert. You can re-enable it at any time by toggling the setting back on.
