General features in ONESOURCE™ Multi-Levels Approvals (MLA) management

In ONESOURCE™ MLA, you can filter the results according to your preferences. Use the buttons on the screen to adjust how the results are displayed.

It offers you a variety of possibilities pertaining to the content of the screen.
Approval area
This feature allows you to filter and view approvals based on specific categories. By selecting an approval area, you can focus on tasks related to a particular stage of the process, such as export control, shipment verification, or customer validation.
In addition to the approval areas listed below, three additional custom approval areas can be configured. For more information, contact Professional Services.
Available approval areas:
  • All:
    • This option shows all approval areas.

This is the default setting.
  • 該非判定 (Gaihi Hantei):
    • This approval area focuses on determining whether a product or technology is subject to export regulations.
    • It involves assessing the item's specifications, intended use, and destination to ensure compliance with international trade laws.
  • 取引審査/
    出荷管理 (Shipment Check):
    • This area covers approvals related to the verification and authorization of shipments.
    • It includes reviewing shipment details (items, quantities, destination) against orders and compliance requirements.
  • 顧客審査 (Company Check):
    • This approval area deals with the review and validation of new or existing customers.
    • It involves assessing customer creditworthiness, legitimacy, and compliance before engaging in business.
  • 将来該非判定 (Future Gaihi Hantei):
    • This approval area is specifically for future regulatory changes in export control classifications for Kouban and Shorei.
    • It allows you to request approvals for classifications that will take effect in the future.
Filter
Allows you to filter results based on the value of your choice.
The possible filter options are:
  • Contains
  • Less than or equal to
  • No data
  • Has data
  • Does not contain
  • Starts with
  • Ends with
  • Equal to
  • Not equal to
  • Greater than
  • Less than
  • Greater than or equal to

In certain cases, filtering can be based solely on a value. Ensure each value is written on a separate line.
Expand screen
Hides adjacent panel, providing a full view of the table.
Go to page:
Go to a specific page based on a number.
Group
Go to a specific page based on a number.
Items per page
Adjust the number of items displayed per page using this dropdown menu.
Manage columns
Allows you to add, remove, or reorder columns to suit your preferences.
There is limit to how many columns you can add, and if that happens, you won’t be able to edit the previous options.
Previous/Next
Go to the previous or next result pages using these buttons.
Search
Enter a number or a short text to find specific results.
