Security levels in Multi-Level Approvals (MLA)

Multi-Level Approvals operate based on two types of security levels:
  1. MLA users:
    • Can view and create requests.
    • Can approve requests assigned to them.
    • Do not have the ability to manage users or workflows.
  2. Admins in MLA:
    • Have extensive management options.
    • Can view, create, and manage users,workflows and request number templates.
    • Responsible for setting who can approve what.
MLA admins manage the overall approval structure, while MLA users create and approve requests.
