User access status and email notifications in Multi-Level Approvals (MLA)
Notification schedule:
- Users and administrators will receive notifications 10 days before a user’s access is set to expire for any division and approval area.
- They will also receive additional reminders 5 days and 1 day before access expires.
Receiving email notifications:
- Active users:
- A user will receive email notifications if they have active access in at least one division and approval area, or if no expiration dates are set.
- If dates are set, the user's access will be valid from the start date until the expiration date.
- Expired users:
- If a user's access expires or it is not active, they will not receive notifications about their activities.
- Users with expired access cannot create, approve, or reject requests but the data is retained for audit purposes.
