Users tab in Multi-Levels Approvals (MLA)
Selecting
Users
opens a grid where you can monitor the current approval roles and assign more MLA users. You will only be able to manage users if you have administrator privileges.The grid appears as follows:Column | Description |

Actions | Shows actions that you can take for individual users. These might take you to a different screen or open a pop-up. The available action in the Users tab is:
You can make alterations to added users in the Users tab.

Username | The unique identifier or name of the user. |
Role | The specific role assigned to the user, indicating their level of access. Notification users only receive email notifications about approval requests, they can’t review or approve requests. |
Division | The department or section within the organization to which the user belongs. |
Approval area | The specific areas or types of requests that the user has authority to approve. You can find more information about approval areas in the General features in ONESOURCE Multi-level approvals article inHelp and Support . |

Is notification group | Indicates if the user is part of a notification group for notifications. |
Email | The email address associated with the user for communication. |
Start date | The date when the user account was created, or access was granted. |
Expiration date | The date when the user's access will expire. |
