Links
After a specific record in a Lookup has been found, there are several options you can take depending on the ONESOURCE solution and what you have configured. The following are some examples available in Global Classification:
Screen | Description |

Edit | Opens the Edit Classification screen, which allows you to edit an individual product record. |
Global View | Opens the Global Product View screen, which provides a summary of each country where the selected product is listed. |
HS Number | Opens the Global Tariffs screen, which provides further details about the selected product’s HS Number. For more information on HS Numbers, refer to the ONESOURCE Global Trade Content User Guide. |
Link fields are shown in bold and a color. Colors vary depending on which theme you are using.
Clicking on a link will open a second browser tab or a pop-up window and redirect you to a different screen with the selected record’s information pre-populated into the fields.
For example, ONESOURCE Global Classification has an
Unclassified Products
dock with a ProductNum
column. Clicking a Product Number
link will open a second browser tab. This tab will have the Edit Classifications
screen open and pre-populated with the selected product’s information.The links in the top-right corner of the

Web Links | A condensed and client-customizable list of third-party links. |
New | Creates a new product record within the currently selected Country view. |
Create Request | Creates a new Classification Request , allowing outside parties (for example, Customs brokers) to view or request information on new or existing products (for example, a product missing an HS Number). |
Global Tariffs | Redirects to HS Tariff Schedules within ONESOURCE Global Trade Content. |
Refresh All Record Counts | Reloads the record count for all Classification Lookup documents. |
Analyze | Redirects to ONESOURCE Tariff Analyzer solution for further analysis of the selected product’s HS number and country. |

Other links | Description |

Rulings | Redirects to Customs Rulings Online Search Service. |
FDA Code Builder | Redirects to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website, where you can build an FDA Product Code. |
CAS | Redirects to the Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) webpage, where you can conduct any needed chemical research for a specific product. |
Extract | You can export up to 1 million records currently displayed on the grid to Microsoft Excel. If the number of records you wish to export exceeds this limit, refine your search criteria. |
Exit | Returns you to the default homepage. |
