Report Preview
All reports can be viewed as a grid of data. In some instances, if an allowable series of data has been selected, then the report can also be generated as one of many types of chart, as listed below:
- Bar
- Horizontal Bar
- Line
- Pie
- Waterfall
- Horizontal Waterfall
- Radar Area
Grid Preview
By default, all reports display as grids. If the preview is showing a chart, click the grid icon to return the report to grid view.
Chart Preview
Reports can be displayed as charts if they meet the following conditions:
- At least two data columns are being retrieved.
- All data columns at or beyond the second column must contain numeric values.
By default, all reports display as grids.
To change a grid report to a chart report, click the chart icon.
