Disable a user

While you can't delete users, you can deactivate them, ensuring the person doesn’t have access using these credentials anymore.
  1. Uncheck the
    Enabled
     box for their name.
  2. If the user is not visible in the list:
    1. Enter the username, email, first name, or last name in the search bar.
    2. Select
      Search.
    3. Uncheck the
      Enabled
       box for their name in the results.
