DPS Archive Settings: Configuring Data Retention and Access

The ONESOURCE Archive Settings screen is a cross-platform functionality that allows you to:
  • Archive screening history and related results.
  • Monitor your request for screening data.

Refer to the User Data Management guide to learn how to monitor your request for screening data.

Only users with admin privileges - meaning those with the privileges to edit or add users - have access to the Archive Settings screen.
To open it, click on your username located on the top right corner of the screen, hover your cursor to Tools and then click on Archive Settings.

Configuring Archiving settings

To archive search results.
1.Select your name on the top right of the screen..
2. Go to
Tools
and select “Archive Settings.
3. Click on the
Product Settings
tab.
4. On the
Archive Settings
screen, select the product you want to set by clicking the
Select product
dropdown.
5. Choose the number of years you want the records to stay in the system before they are archived.
6. Choose the number of days you want access to the archived records.

Changes to this setting will only apply to future requests.
7. Click
Save
.
