Close Discrepancies
Discrepancies can be removed from the
Entry Validation
screen.To select one or more specific discrepancies for removal, review the grid to determine which discrepancies need to be removed. Once these discrepancies are identified, check their corresponding box(es) on the far left.
To select all discrepancies for removal, check the
Select All
box on the top far left of the grid. 
Once all discrepancies to be removed have been selected, click
Close Discrepancies
. 
Once a discrepancy is closed, the entry or individual line/validation type will disappear from the
Entry Validation
grid. The discrepancy will then be written to the history table for archival purposes. Closed discrepancies can be viewed from the Entry Search
screen, which is covered in more detail in the “Entry Search” section of this help documentation.Related Content
