Filters

Header Filters

This screen can be filtered to display:
  • An aggregated "global" view of all open entry errors within the system
  • A filtered view of all open entry errors from a specific Country or Importer of Record
  • A filtered view of all open entry errors within a specific Validation Type or Validation Group
These filters allow for the focused review of specific discrepancies across all entries. The screen also provides a more granular view of entry data at the line level.
In addition, the
Entry Validation
screen provides visibility into the record count of the total number of current errors. The
Entry Validation
screen includes the following filters:
Filter
Description
Import Country
If multiple countries are managed within the Entry Verification module, this filter allows you to view discrepancies by country. The country-level drop-down menu is available for selecting country for which entries should be displayed.
Importer of Record
This filter allows you to view discrepancies matching a specified Business Unit and/or Importer of Record (IOR).
Validation Group
This filter allows you to view discrepancies matching a specified Validation Group (e.g., Accounts Payable).
Validation Type
This filter allows you to view discrepancies matching a specified Validation Type (e.g., Country of Origin).
Search Criteria
This field allows you to further narrow down entry data by a specified search criterion (Broker ID, Entry Number, Product Number, etc.).

Show/Hide Filters

The
Entry Validation
screen can also be filtered by one or multiple column values within the grid portion of the screen.
To apply a filter to the grid, click
Show/Hide Filter
.
Once
Show/Hide Filter
has been clicked, a bar with filter fields will appear below the column headers. This means search options are now available. Choose a column to search by and enter a value into the field. Once a value is entered, click the filter icon to the right. Choose a filter option from the menu. Filter options will vary depending on column type (alphanumeric, date, numeric, time).
The grid also allows for paging and setting the number of records displayed on the grid at one time. These features are located at the bottom of the grid.
