Line Overview
The
Line Overview
tab displays every line on the selected entry, as well as error lines and clear lines (no errors). Each classification has its own tab, but “All Lines” (which shows all) will open by default.Entry lines are displayed under the
Error Lines
or Clean Lines
tab, dependent on whether the selected entry passed or failed against any of the pre-defined discrepancies for each Validation Group.

Multi-HS Functionality on the Line Overview Tab (Configurable)

This feature will only be available if your software was configured to include the Multi-HS functionality.
In some instances, a single tariff line may be associated to multiple HS Numbers. If the Multi-HS functionality has been turned on, these additional classification lines can be viewed and validated by clicking on the expansion arrow in the leftmost column.

Clicking this arrow will expand the line to show all additional classification lines associated to the main record. The Sequence Number will be displayed in the expanded grid to indicate the HS Sequence Number of the classification record on the entry line.

If a line with no additional associated classification records is expanded, the expanded grid will show a message stating,
No records to display
. 
Navigating to the Line Overview Tab
Line Overview
TabTo open the
Line Overview
tab, open the Entry Summary
screen and choose an entry number from the Entry Management
tab.
Clicking on an entry number will open the
Entry Data
tab. Once in the Entry Data
tab, click on the Error Count
link in the tab header.
Clicking the
Error Count
link will redirect to the Line Overview
tab for all entry lines on the selected entry. The user can also achieve this by simply clicking the Line Overview
tab.
Navigating to the Entry Validation Screen
Entry Validation
ScreenTo view more information on a discrepancy, choose a Line Number from the grid and click the corresponding link in the
Line Num
column. 
Clicking this link will redirect to the
Entry Validation
screen, where additional information on the discrepancy is available. Additional information on the Entry Validation
screen is provided in the Entry Validation
section of this User Guide. Fields with discrepancies will highlight in gold, as shown below. 
Hovering over the highlighted field will provide additional information about the discrepancy.

To return to the
Entry Summary
screen, click the Return to Summary View
link. 
Viewing the Product Record in Global Classification

This feature will only be available if the user’s software includes the ONESOURCE Global Classification module.
To open a Global Classification product record from Entry Verification, open the
Entry Summary
screen from the Entry Verification
menu. Next, select an Entry Number from the Entry Management
grid. 
Once an Entry Number has been selected, open the
Line Overview
tab. 
Once the
Line Overview
tab is open, review the grid to determine which Product Number ( Product Num
) to open. Once a product is determined, click the product’s corresponding Product Num
link. 
Clicking on a Product Number will redirect to the
Edit Classification
screen within ONESOURCE Global Classification, where additional product information is available. 
Navigating to the Entry Error Reporting Screen

ScreenTo open the
Entry Error Reporting
screen, open the Entry Summary
screen from the Entry Verification
menu. Next, select an Entry Number from the Entry Management
grid. 
Once an Entry Number has been selected, open the
Line Overview
tab and click the Go to Error Reporting
link. 
Clicking
Go To Error Reporting
will open the Entry Error Reporting
screen, which displays all entry lines for the selected entry that are included in an Internal or External error report. Additional information on the Entry Error Reporting
screen is available in the Entry Error Reporting
section of this help documentation.
