Locating an Existing Entry Error Report
To locate an existing entry error report, use the filters at the top of the
Entry Error Reporting
screen to set the necessary parameters. Available filters include:Filters | Description |
|---|---|
Country | Narrow down error reports by Country. |
Broker | Choose from the list of available Customs Brokers. |
Entry Number | Select an entry for the error report. |
Entry Search | Search for an entry if the entire entry number is unknown. |
To load an error report, click on the
Entry Search
field and begin typing an entry number. A list of matching entries will appear. Select one of the suggested entry numbers from the drop-down. 
Clicking on this number will pull up the desired error report. The results grid will display all matching broker, internal, external, and government errors for the entry. Any or all of these errors can be added to a report. Review which discrepancies to include in the report and make adjustments before creating the final version of the report.
