Header Filters

At the top of the “
Entry Search
” screen are a set of preliminary filters. How these filters are used will determine which columns will be available for querying in the “
Display Fields
” section below.
Filters
Description
Import Country
Select a country from the drop-down menu. Once a country is selected, only entries matching this filter will display in the finished query. Only the countries managed in the client user’s version of ONESOURCE Entry Verification will appear in this drop-down menu.
Importer of Record
Select an Importer of Record or Business Unit from the drop-down. Once an Importer of Record/Business Unit is selected, only entries matching this filter will display in the finished query.
Choose Source
  • This drop-down menu contains multiple options from which to select. Sources are configurable and may vary, depending on how the system was set up during implementation. Examples are listed below:
  • Entries
    : Displays all entry data, but no discrepancy data.
  • History
    : Displays all entry data, including discrepancies.
  • Discrepancies
    : Displays all open discrepancies, but no closed discrepancies written to the history table.
  • Latest
    : Only displays the latest version of each listed entry.
