Viewing the Audit Record

After the sample set has been selected, the
Select Sample Set
button should disable (turn gray). The sample set for this specific audit cannot be further edited at this point.
To view a list of all entries pulled and ready for audit, click the expansion arrow on the far left.
Once the expansion arrow is clicked, a list of entries pulled and ready for audit will appear, along with a link to any associated documents for each entry. During implementation, the Entry List grid can be configured to include additional columns reflecting sample set parameter data (e.g., Mode of Transport, HS Number, Broker, etc.). The
Progress
column will indicate the number of entries that have been completed so far compared to the total number pulled for the sample.

Viewing Audit Documents

To view all documents linked to each entry pulled in the audit, click the
Docs
hyperlink under the
Documents
column.
Clicking the
Docs
link will open the
Document Retention
screen, allowing the user to open and review the documents.

Assigning an Audit Entry

To assign an audit to a user, click on the
Select Assigned To
drop-down.
A list of users will appear in the drop-down menu. Select the name of the user the audit should be assigned to.

Viewing the Audit Entry

To open an entry for audit, choose an entry from the grid and then click its corresponding
Audit Entry
link on the left.
Clicking the
Audit Entry
link will open the
Entry Data Audit Detail
screen. Users are able to audit any/all fields in the entry against other data sources (such as Global Classification) to ensure accuracy.
The
Header Details
section of the screen contains information from the entry header.
The
Detail Records
section of the screen contains detail information from the entry.
This screen can also be configured to show information for multiple HS Numbers if the Multi-HS functionality is enabled.
Information can be viewed by scrolling through the fields or by viewing the data in table view.

Table View

To view an entry’s information in table view, choose an entry from the list and click its corresponding
Table View
link on the left.
Clicking
Table View
will open the
Detail View
pop-up, which contains the complete information for the entry, similar to the
Harmonized Data
or
Broker Data
tabs on the
Entry Validation
screen.
