Final Supplementary Declaration Transmission

The Final Supplementary Declaration (FSD) is a periodic declaration which is usually required when a client is authorized for simplified procedures. The following screen is used to summarize import declarations sent throughout the month i.e., both SDIs and SDWs.
You can access this screen under the
Customs Regimes (CW and CDS)
 menu option, below
Declarations
, as
Monthly FSD Transmission
.
To create an FDS.
  1. Click
    New
     on the top right corner of the screen to create a declaration.
  2. Enter the
    Declaration Month
     field to indicate which month you are filing the FSD for .
  3. Click
    Save and Validate
    .
  4. Click
    Goods Items
    . In the
    Additional Information
     tab, review the counts that are populated here.
  5. Click
    Transmit
     to send the declaration to Customs.
Incoming responses will be available under the
Transmission History
 tab.
