Action Buttons
Buttons | Definition |

New | If clicked, the system will generate a brand-new declaration. Complete all required fields and enter all necessary information prior to transmitting to Customs. |
Save and Validate | If clicked, ONESOURCE DMS 4 Import will save all changes to the in-progress declaration and validate the contents. |
Exit | If clicked, the system will exit the DMS 4 Import Declaration screen and redirect you to the ONESOURCE home page. |
Invalidate | If clicked, the system will cancel the declaration to Customs. |
Prepare GPR | If clicked, the system will send a Good Presentation Message to Customs. |
Discard | If clicked, the system will remove the declaration. |
Transmit | If clicked, the system will transmit the declaration to Customs, provided all required fields are populated and the contents of the declaration pass system validation. |
Emergency Procedure | If Clicked, the system will collect all the declaration detail and generate a PDF which you can send to custom via email. |
Make Amendment | If clicked, you can make edit/modify an existing declaration. |
Control Findings | If clicked, you can make control finding notification response to custom |
Good Presentation notification | If clicked, the system will send a Good Presentation Message to Customs. |
Generate DW statement | If clicked, the system will generate the Tax assessment chart in pdf format |
Supplementary declaration | If clicked, the system will create a supplementary declaration. Use this feature if the declaration was incomplete. |
Upload Supporting Documents | If clicked, the system will create a new IE446 message, allowing you to upload supporting documents. |
